Estate HQ is a family-run business which has been established for over 20 years with a wide range of properties throughout the Wirral, including both residential and commercial properties.

All properties are decorated to a high standard, with carpeted and laminated flooring throughout. They also include modern-fitted tiled bathrooms including bath and shower facilities, and our kitchens come complete with a fully-fitted oven and hob, as well as being washing machine and dryer ready.

All of our properties also have fully-fitted blinds throughout, include full double glazing, central heating and are accredited with the Wirral Landlord Accreditation team. All properties also have Energy Performance Certificates and up-to-date Gas Certificates.

Estate HQ takes pride in an impressively high response rate to any problems or concerns as we have our own dedicated highly-skilled workforce.

Rental Information:

All credit checks are carried out by Letsure at a cost of £60 to the potential tenant. If credit checks are successful, then potential tenants will also incur the £90 admin fee before the tenancy commences.
